Report of the Committee on Credentials
Report of the Committee to Elect a Bishop
Nominations from the Floor
Supporting speeches for nominees
Instructions for balloting procedures

Noonday Prayers

1:30 p.m. Ballot (15 minutes)

1:45 pm. Lunch

2:30 p.m. Report on Ballot
(These two steps ballot [15 min] and report on ballot will be repeated until there is an election)

Signing and collection of testimonial of election/ certification cards

Closing Prayers

Dismissal
